Great service
Very good very helpful great to work with very informative answered all my questions to make sure I wasnt sending a scope.in that didnt need to be replacedvery pleased with the way it was handled. Would recommend her to any of my friends that were thinking about buying a vortex scope. I love my scope now if I can just get it fixed, life would be great

Lost adjustment caps
I lost the adjuster caps for a Vortex Diamondback, I called the Service Department, and they kindly offered to send me a pair. I fully expected to pay for them but the Service person I talked to ( I think his name was Travis) was very understanding and did not sell them to me, he just sent them. I will ALWAYS buy Vortex Optics.

Best customer service from any company in a long time
I called to get some technical information from VORTEX OPTICS and as always their customer service was absolutely outstanding! I cannot think the folks in Customer Service enough for the great service I got today during this phone call

Please put off my vortex
My phone was stolen I'm trying to get it shut off the service was not all that great anyway would not tell any of my friends and family yo get this service

Representative was really nice and explained how the process works.
The lady I spoke with has just made me a customer of Vortex optics for life. Always expect the worst when dealing with customer service.
My experience with the lady was pleasant. Looking forward to my next rifle and vortex optic will be on it.

Lost adjustment caps
The caps got left on the edge of the truck bed at a range and fell off when we left, we would greatly appreciate new caps

Fury HD 5000 stopped working. Changed battery and still won't come on
My customer service rep was AWESOME and did a GREAT job. Thank you vortex!!! I needed to change out a battery while hunting and my optics changed.

Thought I had a problem with my spitfire
Turns out I just needed to read directions better, my issues were 100% on me. After mounting the scope properly, it works fantastic! The spitfire 1x gen 1 is getting snowman shots at 50 yards consistently.
